Hey Ladies! Just wanted to get this party started! ;)
I'm DoubleR. Some of you may know me from some of the sister forums. Glad to be here and looking forward to hanging out.
Currently we don't have any CZ's but we have in the past and have plenty of other firearms. :)
I enjoy everything shooting related from Pistol shooting to Trap. Varmint hunting to long range shooting. Big game hunting to tactical shooting. Heck it if means I get to go bang I'm in ;)
Looking forward to meeting y'all!

Welcome, Double R. Nice to see you here and posting. So far, we are the only two women on the forum. I'm looking forward to many more joining up,

I am fairly new to firearms, having been shooting about 4 years...........and I'm no spring chicken. I grew up in the suburbs of a big city so my father was not a hunter. He did have a pistol and a .22 bolt action Marlin but I don't ever remember him going shooting.

Four years ago, I was taken to a shooting range by a man I was friends with. He put an Uzi in my hands.......after giving me a safety course before heading out to the range. That rifle was easy to shoot and wonderfully accurate. We were out an out door range and the plinking of the steel was a wonderful sound. I was hooked. A few monhs later I bought a revolver and the rest is history.

Hi DoubleR I just discovered this forum. Sounds like you have a bunch of shooting experience so I can ask you some questions along the way.

Ask away, AG. I have learned so much from various gun forums. I have found everyone so helpful and eager to give me information. When I felt discouraged everyone helped me feel more confident. One thing that was pointed out to me when I felt overwhelmed or 'not so smart' is everyone who is very gun savvy were all where I am right now in my level of knowledge. No one was born knowing all about guns. Please ask all the questions you want. And don't ever think a question you ask is 'stupid'. I'm glad you're here.
