10mm Load Data - Frontier (FMP) 180 bullets and Accurate 9

New to reloading 10mm cartridge. Using Accurate #9 and Frontier (FMP) 180 bullets. Recommended grains for plinking? Lowest starting? I am unable to find load data on the bullet manufactures site and Accurate and LEE press load data does not reference this type of bullet.
