Very nice, but I just don't shoot her enough to keep. I have an M38 carbine that goes out more. So many rifles, so much ammo and no time.....

I love those things... There's just so much finesse in their design.

Younger shooter don't realize that you can take this rifle out to a Military Bolt shoot and compete out to 700 yards without a second thought. It meets all the criteria and is one of those rifles that can win. Far superior to K98's, M1903's. The only rifle that will give it a run is the K31 Swiss. But out past 500 yards, the M96 has the advantage. The rear sight for distance is off set for spin drift.
