Posting here because it's not really a "want to sell" situation, more like "want to help" someone get started. I've got a bunch of reloading stuff; all spares and could help someone get set up "rolling their own."

It all depends on how much space you have. If you've got a dedicated workbench you won't mind mounting a press to, it's hard to beat a Lee Classic Cast Turret Press. Ingredients to make 38spl or 357mag include a 4-die set from Lee, brass, bullets (for cheap shooting, missouri bullet company sells cast lead bullets cheap) and primers. Small pistol primers in 38spl and small pistol magnum primers for 357 mag.

You can also load higher charges in 38spl and just seat the bullet further out the case. Then fire in 357mag wheelgun at close to 357mag velocities/pressures. Modern brass can take it and the 38spl brass is cheap everywhere... 357mag not so much.
