How many CZ 75 Compact owners here are using the extended rubber/plastic base pad on their magazines? Just curious.
I ask because the extended base pads feel better than the stock, BUT once you put them on, your "compact" pistol isn't so compact anymore.
I ordered rubber grips for my compact today from CZ USA, but they didn't have the base plates in stock, so I held off.
I'm going to see how the gun feels with just the new grips. Then I'm going to "rob" the extended base plates off the aftermarket mags for my CZ 40P and see how the whole package feels before I order the pair for my compact. If I can get the gun to feel something like my 40P, I'll be a happy camper.
Was wondering how standard the upgrade to these base pads is among compact owners.
