Probably is a grip problem. Get a proper thumbs forward grip and put some pressure on the frame with the left thumb until the problem disappears.
CZ Sp01 Tactical Rear Sight Adjustment
Hey guys, I have an CZ Sp01 Tactical and after taking it to the range the first time seems that the pistol is shooting left about 3", is this something I can adjust myself? If so, can you guys explain to me how to adjust it? Thanks.

If you haven't already, shoot the gun from a stable rest. If it still shoots to the left, then drift the rear sight to the right until the group is centered. Often trigger manipulation and trigger finger position are the culprit.
