It depends on what you are looking for. The Tritium sight will be bright in dark and low light conditions, The FO from Dawson is brilliant in daytime but is still seeable in low light. Tritium is not very good for lighted situations.

If you are using this pistol for 3 gun this is the sight i would recommend. It is brighter and much crisper than the CZ factory front sight. It is made for CGW by Dawson.

Fiber Optic Front Sight for CZ Tactical Sport

Dawson Precision fiber optic front sight only for use with the fixed OEM rear sight. .200" tall (5mm) x .100" wide (2.5mm), dovetail base is 1.5 mm. Therefore sight total height is 7.0 mm's. Uses a 1 mm fiber optic rod. As with all steel replacement sights, some very minor fitting is required.
