Technically, a CZ97 holster should work, but for either pistol, holsters are pretty rare and decent ones are even rarer.

I am looking for an all leather open top pancake style with a sweat guard. Hybrid holsters won't cut it.

I understand Kramer Leather can possibly make them for 97Bs on request.

High Noon makes good leather for the 97B, so that'd be a cheaper and probably quicker route than El Paso.

If you want an inexpensive kydex model. The Fobus for the Sig 220/226 fits the large frame Tanfoglio well.
