Guy's/Gal's

I have several firearms, I have always heard about the CZ75 but in my neck of the woods never have seen one on the shelf. I am a smaller Framed feller and was always wanting one but did not know if it would fit my smaller hands (5' 5" tall). So I never ordered one. The other day I was in my LGS and low and behold they had a used 40 cal. Magnum Research Baby Eagle on the shelf. I held it and realized it really felt pretty good in the hands. I had my LGS order me a Baby Eagle in 9mm.

When it came in I realized it was a Baby Eagle III that was not made by Jericho but BUI. It was a nice pistol but the grips ran all the way around the back and when I fired it, it shot low right (I am right handed). Talking about it on the Baby Eagle sights it seems that this model has been shooting that way. Very did appointed, even though I adjusted the front sight for right to left center shooting it was still shooting low.

The shooting low and the different style of grips bothered me so much I decided to take it back to the LGS today and trade it in on a CZ75 SP-01 Tactical. I knew that there were not many out there, so he put the order in for me and now the wait begins. I figured might as well get the quality CZ75, that I was wanting in the first place. I bought SKU # 91153, can't wait to get it in my hand. The distributer said they were getting approx. 20 of them a month and he had several that they had ordered (I believe 20 was what he said) So the wait begins and I can't wait to get it.

Wish me Luck.

Yes,
But I wanted to trade the Baby Eagle back into him for the trade. Plus I do a lot of business with him, and I do mean a lot. He always takes very good care of me and I like keeping him in business so I try to buy everything off him. We live in a very small town. Good to keep him around, plus we are really good friend from business deals over the years.

That's the real plus about buying locally.

At least in my experience. My Dealers will usually take the gun back..
or send it in on their dime for repair.

You should be very happy with your real deal CZ.

I wouldn't mind having a SP-01 Tactical later in 2017.

I've had more than a dozen, CZs and a Tanfoglio, but never even handled a SP-01 as
they are very rare here in Eastern Washington.

Well Guy's/Gal's

I called CZ USA today to see how long the wait would be for my LGS to get me a CZ75 SP-01 Tactical. They told me they were getting shipments in every 2 to 3 Months and right now they had back orders for at least 8 months. Not good. I just went and picked up my payment on the one the LGS had on order and bought the last one that was on GunBroker. I will pay them tomorrow after putting the money in my Internet account.

So the search is over, now just to pay for it tomorrow and the shipping wait begins. Cost me a little more but at least I have one coming now.
