Just bought one. This is not the Duty model, but the new version. These are very scarce as I looked everywhere and finally found one and had it shipped. Anyway, decided to remove the de cocker and replace with included safety parts. Man what a royal PIA that was! Of course I'm a moron, but anyway there should be better instructions somewhere...nothing in the manual about it. Found a couple of vids on YouTube but they went way too fast and didn't provide much detail. After a lot of cussing, etc. finally got it to work. Hope to put a few hundred break in rounds in the next few days. Feels great in my hand and looks like a solid piece. My other handgun is a Kimber Ultra Carry, Crimson Trace grips, 45acp so this CZ is my first 9mm.

I bought my first generation (B model) P0-7 from Deans Gun shop at a gun show in Raleigh, NC. As far as I am able to tell the next gen P0-7 differs from the original only from a cosmetic standpoint. In my hand they both feel the same. I would not discount the first gen especially if you can get them at a better price.

Dean's gun shop still had several of the new ones as of a few days ago. Tried to buy one myself but they won't ship to California.
I have the older model already and its a great gun, but I have found the grip to be a little too small and my hand starts cramping up after a while. That's why I was looking for the new model, changeable backstraps.

Possible P 07 dealers....

I subscribe to an email service called 'gallery of guns'. Just for grins, I entered CZ P07 in their 'gun genie' and they're showing 47 are available. Try using your zip code and see if any show up in your area. :)

Finally got around to shooting it today. Ran 100 rounds flawlessly. I found while experimenting with my grip, that it felt best putting my left forefinger on the front of the trigger guard...that worked best. Every round went exactly where it was pointed....dang thing is more accurate than I am! I'd love to have Crimson Trace grips but that won't work. The rail will hold a laser or light but then the holster won't fit. By the way, I got a nice Kydex one from Blue Ridge Holsters in Cumming, Ga., about $60.

if you want to go crimson trace, you can purchase a railmaster laser or a railmaster pro laser/light combo. get the catalog and call or e-mail the rep.:)
