First time shooting my very own first gun. I can't remember the distance but I believe I had it pretty far out. Probably 20 yards. I was a nervous wreck as I was all alone. I was so excited and trying to remember everything I was taught but I forgot my eyes and ears. Fired the first shot and froze. Sheesh, that revolver is loud.

This is the first 40 rounds out of my Sig P238 at 10 yards.

First time with first gun, and a revolver. At 20 yards and all on paper is pretty damn good! And the pocket pistol at 10 yards first time is also very good.

Pengie the Pistolero

Took Pengie (FTF mascot) to the range to try out my S&W 686. I think these were 357mag at 10 yards. He shot 6, handed me the gun back, and said "don't blame the sights"...

Remember what I said about commiserating? These were me trying to keep up with Pengie. He won, flippers down.

10 yards with the Hi Point JHP .45, flash sight speed, meaning as fast as I can see the target on the front sight.

25 yards, slow fire sighting in the HP C9 Comp

S&W 22A, 10 yards slow aimed fire.

Walther P-38
10 yards, figuring out the sights, you have to cover the bull with the front blade. I keep meaning to try it at 50 yards, I think the sights are regulated that far out.

Hp CF380 COMP, 10 yards, slow aimed, unsupported, 8 rounds

Also excellent shooting. Good to see someone shooting quickly, too. Sometimes a dime sized group is less important than lead on target right now.
