Bought it from a gun show and after putting 250 rounds through it, I don't really want it no more.
I took too many pictures unfortunately so everything included would be; CZ Rami, Owners manual, Authenticity manual, Cleaning rood, 2 L allen keys, set of screws, 3 magazines, (2 8-round mags, 1 7-round mag) extra recoil spring, and the box. The gun lock however is not included.
