Is this normal?

I took a chance and bought my first CZ by mail.
Its a used CZ75D Compact PCR and it has some features I'm confused about.
Primarily, I think the previous owner glued on new grip covers; there's no screws and the magazine binds up slightly and won't slip out easily.
I don't mind the grip that way, I can live with it. I just want to know what's normal.

If it shoots good I wouldn't worry too much about it except the magazine binding would bother me. Let's face it, if your going to carry this pistol for self defense you should carry a, just in case, spare magazine. Reloading under pressure is tough and I would have the binding issue taken care of by a competent gunsmith. If you are not carrying this gun for self defense I would still get the binding issue taken care of. I have a 75 D compact and it's all you could want a self defense gun to be. Of course you probably should get a CZ P-01, regular 75 Compact, a 75b, and a 97b in .45 would be nice, Now the new P-10c... Sorry, I'm rambling. I just get these urges when I talk about CZ's.

That was my conclusion, too.
I could 1) take it to a gun smith and have it cleaned out which would probably require another grip.
And/or 2) Buy another EDCC, make the first CZ a range gun and not worry about it.

BTW, I heard CZ is coming out with a new sub-compact, something like their old "Remi" which is out of production. You know anything ??
